I feel bad for you BUT then again its just a learning curve. Similar story happened with me with CNP. I have been trading CNP all the way from around 17c if I remember rightly all the way to 48c or around there and I decided to sink $50K in it and got burned $15K in just couple of hours. I sold out and got out. Because I have been trading before my loss was only around $5K but once after that I DYOR a lot before buying and missed out on OBJ's run from .008 to 1.2c, I was DYORing.
My advice is only take 5% of the hyped up HC members say + 10% of others who genuinely are cautious + 85% DYOR.
