Board increased their holding thru' SPP. The only time you can safely trade TRY is during the blackout period of MNGT selling. Otherwise the ST direction is usually dependent on their selling or not. Having said that it's SP is still on the up. I remember board selling in the 2s, then the 3s, and now in the $4s.

As far as the PE is concerned you can't expect more than 4/5 till they find more gold. They only have about 5 years reserves left, AT THIS STAGE.
