The calculations and relativity change if the heads are 1c at exercise time or say, 15c.
The option will also give flexibility to direct excess funds to other investments so there is an opportunity cost in there too.
If I was imputing a share price of 5c at exercise time I would forget heads and options and invest elsewhere now :)
