I think is also important to mention, that the proposed registry IHL plans to use in the US will also be a broker and usable for platform trading. But I don't believe the details are available yet, but from what I understand:
1.shareholders vote
2. If yes we delist.
3. Shares transfered to US registry
4. Shareholders sign up to registry

And voila we have access to platform no actions required unless you wish to change broker. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't delved into any of the paperwork yet.
