Today's price is irrelevant to what the DRP is going to be. Shorts in FMG built up leading up to going ex dividend. My take is they are going to use them as ammo for their trading bots to best effect during the 5 day DRP calc window.
The drop will start in earnest on the 9th with no reprieve until the 15th which makes up the 5 day trading day window. I could be completely wrong as FMG's prior trading history and Rio and Bhp SP movements ex divi are no guarantee history will follow suit. Let the trading games begin.
