To mix a gypsum product with cement will definitely destroy any construction You undertake, because the socalled cementbazillus ettringite will burst any construction exposed to moisture. On the other hand You can use exactly those mixtures to fight damage by convergence in mining areas. Mixtures of Cement, Gypsum and Flyash have been widely used in coal mining districts in Germany until they were shut down.
