    No vote likely, postponed call and 2 mio(!!!) cash, ugly combination! I fasten my seatbelt, the share price will crash if Pfizer drops offer. Retail share holders cant win such a game. Why the hell some expect a higher offer when market not even trade AT To offer levels? Pfizer will quit, sp will crash, Pfizer comes back and offer a 100% premium at 4 c LOL just IMO and perception
