Agree with what you are saying here, not sure where the disagreement comes from, maybe I just explained myself poorly (as usual)

It is an interesting point you make though with the longer it takes, the more concrete Gridcomms value becomes, meaning greater potential dilution for ODN holders - I didn't consider that before. Hopefully the dilution amount was set in stone earlier, but who knows, we're not really being told much.
