No-ones talking about that let alone arguing about it... simply exploring whether he is classified as independent or not due to his loan. If the position is classed as Independent and he is no longer by advancing the money....well, something needs to be done to keep the governance as it should be. It may be simply the board changing the title of the position and advising the ASX. I don't actually know how it would work, but I find it interesting.
