i dont think the powers that be care..
they want the resources.
after all, most wars fought these days are over that.
gold/diamonds/oil etc etc etc...natural resources
i dont wish this happens as UCL are well positioned.
take RRS as example...great potential but similar uncertainty with the fighting going on...
