Share price action suggesting this company is all over. LAA has been terribly mismanaged over the years. Motorfy opportunity has failed to materialise as big partners have been slow to join so never been able to cover the cost base. The company has consistently over promised. Also seem to have neglected the classifieds business. Add to this the terrible mismanagement of the balance sheet. The inadequate balance sheet has been the most impactful as the company has had to live hand to mouth since the 2017 failed rights issue. Six months ago the company was putting out an announcement for the most trivial of milestones, now nothing? This is either a very bad sign in terms of underlying operations or management is looking to privatise at very depressed levels.
