Hi gamefisherman,
POK is still holding 22.7m RAD shares, but potgut is right insofar as POK's holdings in RAD would have been diluted after any capital raising events that POK haven't participated in.
What's interesting is that there was no change of substantial holding notice filed by POK after the last CR event for RAD on 26/08/2015. It's not really a major concern in this instance, but is still a requirement of the ASX listing rules.
