Agree, I purchased more shares yesterday at a slightly lower price than at the close of the day,
A portion of my portfolio is dedicated to defensive earnings counting on franking credits, adding up the two dividends for the year
6.6c +4.1c =10.7c, If we add the frankings the sum is around the 15c PS, with an Average purchase under $1.80 my yield
is somehow okay at 8%.
As you pointed out there is hope that SP will go up as conditions improve over time.
SP is near its bottom and I prefer to add shares to my portfolio at these low levels.
Even defensive can be a Risky business
