I’m curious to know the nature of these consultancy agreements and the specific nature of work performed by the person receiving funds. Are there no checks or balances?
For example if we trace money paid by ZLD to havecoat owned by George as a consultant, does that not raise questions on his ability to raise the price of stock for another listed company and be compensated. Finally his inability to even show the market there is a product for ZYB that exists?
