Have no idea what their chances are of getting funding, I'm sure there's lots of possibilities being considered and discussed behind the scenes, but whether they can find the right partner and/or funding only time will tell. One of the problems though is that they are running out of time. If they can get their constellation up I would expect the share price to be many many times more than 6c since they will have first mover advantage and a potentially huge market.
