I am saying the market for these shares is stuffed. So it is worse that a goodwill problem.
there is a limited buyer/seller interaction because most buyers (other than long term value ones - such as chandler and capital) will not consider buying, and there are no real sellers (other than those who seek a low price to create a lower price).
no/limited buyer/sellers mean a distorted market.
