the difference is that you have been saying that the market, via share price, is saying there is something wrong at Sengkang.
Whereas I am saying the share price is saying nothing much at all because the market in these shares is broken. Which is a problem/opportunity for shareholders, but not necessarily a problem for the company/project.
so we are not saying the same thing.
