Yes they have been paying dividends through tougher trading and property market conditions but you're right, no gurantee that will continue despite the 5.1 cents eps.

But at this cheap price, even as a yield play (and forgetting about the likely uplift in share price closer to the NTA) surely we would be getting that desirable 8% yield in 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 wouldn't we?

Would be nice to get an income whilst waiting for the correction. Wishful thinking?
