I am currently doing my research on ADN, and so far I am pretty happy with it. Hopefully I can invest later on when some funds become available.

As for the patent issue, the patent in question (AU 2018101228) is an innovation patent which has recently been granted.

There are some differences between an innovation and a standard patent (see link below if interested).

The main difference is that infringement proceedings in respect of an innovation patent cannot be started unless the patent has been certified. This means the patent first has to be examined and determined whether it actually is novel and inventive (or innovative), and it might not be, who knows. I am not saying that this patent has no value, but at the moment I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Also, the way ADN processes kaolin might be different anyway, something I haven’t really assessed that much yet.
