Although no tax expert I think you can ignore the tax item in respect of the carrying cost of TGR shares. When WBA asked for shareholder approval to sell the TGR holding in March 2009 it stated the present book value of TGR shares was $1.56.

I very much hope your right that the full year cash flow will be substantially positive, but operating cash flow was also a negative $6.2M for the 08/09 year.

I hope the Company will issue an update when the harvests have finished rather than having to wait until August for the annual accounts. ( rather than shareholders being the last to know)
