TS apparently said the insto selling still had a couple of days to go, and buyers may well feel there isn't the need to place higher bids at the moment. A large seller will always have the handbrake on for a bit. Hopefully, TS is right and they'll be done in the next day or two. As far as the ann't, grades and intervals are both hunky dory IMHO for this first stage. We should hear about Lady Annie next week, which can't hurt.
