my maths is wrong there (obviously).....
NMDC require 250,000,000 shares for a 50% stake, but only require 83,333,333 shares for a 25% stake at say, 25c which would provide LCY with approx $21m, the latter probably not particularly attractive.....
what if NMDC came in with a low ball offer of 16c for 250,000,000 shares giving LCY $40m to play with? - tempting I'd say, so expect the Indians to play hard ball....
