Whats your interpretation on the US Vivagel Partnership people

Advanced commercial negotiations including North America 3 May 2018.

Advanced commercial negotiations for North America 27 June 2018.

US negotiations in advanced stages 17 July 2018.

In the US, Advanced stage of negotiation 21 August.

Advanced US negotiations for VivaGel®BV (execution expected prior to FDA approval) 17 Oct 2018.

"Licensing discussions for the US region have progressed to advanced contract negotiation with multiple parties as part of a competitive process" 26 Oct 2018.

We sure have been strung along however my question is how do we interpret the last two updates in bold?

I think we can treat the first line in bold as an indication of timing and the 2nd line as an indication of the what the partnership may look like.

One interpretation could be that the partnership contracts could be signed prior to some time in January. Additionally the partnership may actually be partnerships with multiple small distributers.

I doubt the process would have taken this long if we were just firming up an agreement with a large single distributer.
