So true & if there has been a case where its known! and I haven't heard the outcome of that trial yet?
Surely there should be closer reviews of a stock. They can quite easily see the trading accounts and if its regularly the same Seller and Buyer or even a few that pop up several times doing this then there is another case that should be dealt with.
If its not checked this will continue and yes it is wrong
