RFN management previously announced the June 2020 AGM was to be on 16 Nov. Then management announced due to COVID that AGM was canceled! In the latest quarterly report a few days ago there was another management flip flop stating “at an AGM on 16 Nov shareholders would approve a capital raise”required to avoid running out of cash and a capital account deficit insolvency in this current quarter.
Does anyone know what’s going on here? Does anyone know if there is an AGM scheduled and if so details on home vote online and attend?
Doesn’t management have a fiduciary responsibility to inform all shareholders of the AGM beforehand? Info would be appreciated. I bought shares today so I could attend with popcorn.
