How many times are you going to continually claim the company is in a record breaking 'blackout period' .... it's nonsense that there has not been any opportunities / windows in the last ~14 months to purchase SPL stock on market ..... as described in detail in Post #:71361016 and Post #:71417245 - other Chairman's of ASX biotechs have been able to purchase millions (yes that's not a typo - millions) of shares on market during 2022 developments, financial reporting etc etc but strangely Starpharma insiders couldn't find a single window in the last 14 months ?? Yeah right !!
Check out David Williams Chairman of PNV purchases in 2022 alone - millions of shares bought on market in and around ASX market sensitive announcements (deals, regulatory approvals, financial reports) but again Starpharma have been 'unable' to buy SPL shares at record lows on market for circa 14 months now .....
Next you will be telling me that Starpharma's CEO/Directors/Chairman are subject to a different set of ASX rules to other biotechs listed on the ASX ? LMAO
