Looks like the start of proper negotiation between Russia and Ukraine.
Ukraine willingness to take a neutral stance regarding Nato is a big step forward. Ukraine should have done that 2 months ago and saved many senseless deaths.
IBG should be back on track soon hopefully with things settling down .
