he/she is employed to down ramp IBG
my money is on Glencore as the employer- whilst Glencore owns shares in IBG, it does not have a track record of assisting IBG to get funding-in fact, prior Management made comments that Glencore was doing the opposite and that was why the Board of IBG kicked the Glencore backed Director off the Board.
IMO Glencore wants IBG to fail and then buy the resource cheap
Keeping the SP down has helped deter potential partners/investors away from such 'a penny stock' investment.
Down ramping sentiment helps keep the SP down.
