Hi AuBull, yes they got some nice performance bonuses for doing it, whatever it is they do other than normal directors duties. They are both Non executive , so are they expected to do more?
I recall asking a similar question re what they were likely to contribute to achieving incentive plan performance criteria when that was up for shareholder approval, but at the time nobody seemed to know what they contributed above normal director/Chair duties.
