Bad situation for Toronto dominion bank trying to cover a large illiquid naked short in a market controlled by locals and where Canadians are the foreigner, so td naked short need to test waters by selling first before buying so as not to tip hand to the locals who smell naked short blood in the water. In any case with heavier volume, cyl stock price is going up not down so weight of volume is buying not selling.
