Did MS tell you directly? Often these things can get mixed-up in when the are passed on.

However, I can tell you for sure, that if stock is loaned (for Short Selling) it is still beneficially owned by the lending party. It is therefore impossible that Global, Easy Office or this latest recipient, are facilitating short selling.

They are really selling their shares.

Q - Why would they be prepared to sell at a slight loss.
A - Because they haven't paid yet.
