New Equity Facility - further clarification

Sydney ? Thursday 8 July ? iSOFT Group Limited (ASX: ISF) ? In reference to yesterday?s announcement where we advised of the availability to the Company of a $30m Line of Equity with YA Global, we would like to clarify that shares can be issued to YA Global based on a formula which takes the lowest daily VWAP over the pricing period and applies a discount of 3% to the price. The Company can set a minimum acceptable price.
