The narrative given after the failed offer of the $4bn bid for TAH was the exposure of what potential BET has within the US, and UK & Europe with its excellent wagering B2B.
This was clearly spelt out by TAH in its demerger plans against selling its wagering arm, also the comments by TAH were extremely positive about BET .
Was Friday's & the previous weeks selling of BET shares done specifically to bring the price down to a level that TAH will make a play for BET ?
Makes a lot more sense than BET trying to take over TAH.......and lets face it we little guys are just pawns or is it prawns in this game of chess, the guys that matter will still be absorbed in key roles.
