    ..... and still no notices from JF & Co. to indicate they are buying at > 10 year lows .... doesn't give you a lot of confidence ? I believe there are ways around 'blackout periods' in certain situations like this if they are even in one so I don't accept that they cannot buy on market at these prices if they wanted to
