The way I see it someone is mopping up the volume quickly and regularly at these levels cannot be shorting much anymore so someone is accumulating, only one accumulation announcement so far but remember timing is really their choice to announce. Has to be some positive stuff coming out soon? Is there some negotiations going on? Who knows. Whatever way you look at it these prices do not reflect reality values of the technology or patents held, something has to show soon imo courage to hold on at these levels is difficult unless like myself to late to get out I can’t sell at these prices, so for me it’s wait till it turns or crash and burn gltah
