It is pretty much a given that the deal is off with MMK..
IMO This is not necessarily a bad thing for the longer term prospects of the company...Of course unless there is a last minute reprieve or counter bid or the end date is extended....
IMO the market has already factored a no deal with MMK into the current SP...
it is going to very interesting to see what spin the FMS management put on this one and where they intend to take the company from here.........
Management are going to need to work very hard to restore the credibility that has been lost due to this debarcle with MMK...
