the UNV public relation firm can supply you with a new acceptance form, they can email it to you, they have been ringing around shareholders making sure everybody has the paperwork,
people sell for a whole number of reasons, they most likely needed the cash to plug a whole somewhere else, but it does not make a lot of sense selling down to 17,

my understanding is that we will easily get over 50% acceptance so really no reason to not partake in the offer.
