I thought TLS was actually getting better with customer service until recently. Long story short we just cancelled our landline that we couldn't get fixed via the online portal you have to use now; to struggle with a voip service that doesn't work properly in an area that doesn't give mobile coverage inside the house or outside a lot of the time for that matter( Some insight into actually having to cancel the landline). Basically they lost 2 customers with a combined 5 services and I know they want to kill landlines in rural areas but at what cost.
I was seriously considering buy TLS at these levels but I wouldn't now not even for a guaranteed 3 bagger, after my last and I repeat last experience with TLS. Pity optus shares aren't on the ASX because that's where our business is going/gone.
