Clearly this dispute has ended up in the courts - the arbitration court. The final decision will be based on law, and I'm sure that the arbitration court judges appointed are highly competent in law, experienced, and quite capable of deciding the dispute. I would be most surprised if ETM's legal team have not considered the appropriateness of arbitration before going down that path. I'm expecting a decision during 2024, and before ETM need to appeal the GoG decision to reject their exploitation application.
