IMO it's odds on there will be an overspend as it's par for the course. I'm just waiting for the pump on no news which people will think is leaked good news but with past form is more likely to be a CR at a heavy discount.
I try to be impartial & I'm normally an eternal optimist but eventually the false promises & failure to deliver grind you down. I admire those that stay positive on here but to me it's akin to Stockholm syndrome
