This is some historical data which I find useful and comforting. We all tend to concentrate too much on the SP and we know that this can be manipulated particularly by computerised low volume trades.
What this data shows is the history of the SP ranges with the Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP).
You will note the steady even climb of the VWAP regardless of what the manipulators do.
