Cant give you advice as i am not qualified. I can however share my investment strategy regarding OZL. I have a holding in my super fund. I will hold till just before the takeover closes, and sell my entire holdings then. The reason for this timing is that i believe the OZL share price is being supported by a large shareholder cross trading it. I dont have proof but they do have form, so i suspect this support will cease at or near the end of the takeover offer period which end June 1. I suspect the price will then fall back regardless if the takeover is successful or not. I will then buy back in when price is more realistic to the true value which i would say is sub 9.50.
But as i always say, do your own research and i dont always get things right.
