What new crew? There is no new crew. The chairman has been replaced leaving everything else the same.

The only new director on YRR is Peter Remta. Using the change in the structure of the board is little more than a feeble excuse for delays. Everything is the same as it was apart from requesting DM leave. JG and QW are still there. John does all the work doesn't he? He should know exactly what is happening and it will take very little time to fill anybody in. This is especially true because this is a publicly listed company and a result it has disclosed everything, therefore PR should know eveything...right?

This should be business as usual. PR should just slot right in with no delays. IMO.

This is no excuse for not releasing any results which were actually gathered by the current management.

Any REAL ideas as to what is taking so long.

The other new directors on either of these 3 companies, apart from TP, have been direct beneficiaries of the acquisitions of the private companies. Hard to imagine that they don't know what is going on. They definately know about the deals.

More to the point, very little work has been done according to the reports so therefore it shouldnt take long to know what is happening. They could release the quarterly already. Nothing new but a placement.

So what will happen come AGM? DM to leave both YRR and GPN. JG and QW will leave GPN. The new directors better not have the hide to ask for any free options or shares. Once this company actually achieves some value for shareholders who buy on the market can the directors get any rewards.....oh and probably no news.
