Not everyone know about this stock or the impending deal. The people in the known already take up position and wait. Hence the real trading volume is low.
The question shareholder would be interest to know right now would be what AZZ management plan to do with $220 mil cash after the deal? I suspect the deal could be above the average recent EFS deals since AZZ lease holding already has pipeline connected and drilling rig contracted(hard items to secure in EFS atm). If a deep pocket buyer who gona resume ownership they would like to have all those items ready for an accelerated drilling campange.
May be James has spotted an exploration opportunity else where now with the cash and the shale play know how, AZZ will be able to fully finance and develope new opportunity.
AZZ still have under developed project else where which need attention too.
