Have a flick through the most recent ASX announcement on the 18/9/2012. It has a pretty detailed list on where IPP sits in the markets that it has a reasonable presence in.
IPP concentrates in the SE Asian region (with some regional portals), and it states that it is in the leading position in many of these countries it has a presence in.
I'm not aware of any other portals in Asia. As IPP doesn't have a presence in Japan, China or South Korea (and not much of a precence in India) it is possible there are bigger portals in Asia - but focusing on different markets than IPP.
