    According Sage's leak, that debt/royalty deal was done in Nov 08 (or about). The line put out is that he and Landau went to the US and did a deal with Mellon New York Bank.But as nothing seems to have eventuated, I guess it was some more spin to keep the price up and get more buyers in.
