I use mine when I travel overseas (remember when that was a thing?) or purchase something from a foreign vendor eg Amazon US because they don't charge an international transaction fee like most credit cards. Sure you get flogged on the exchange rate like all banks but you don't get raped twice.
Used to be the "must have" card for stingy overseas travelers (google: 28 Degrees card, there's a lot of us!) so obviously Covid travel restrictions are having a BIG impact.
