FAS share price is doomed aafter the takeover - so I cant understand why anyone would be trying to accumulate more FAS shares that way to help the taleover succeed?
Why would anyone buy shares in GWR, a company free of debt. - so that they can transfer the shares to FAS .. which will go into big debt to finance the takeover and be lookibg at $20 mill per annum interest bills?
FAS shares will surely dive after the takeover.
