I am not sure we have developed the equivalent of the A-bomb here people...hate to be the wet blanket but unless it's part of national security to have more efficient data centres then I doubt we will see the eastern bloc fighting the west for 4ds. Of course, I may be wrong and maybe missing how this tech enables a material leap in AI or something similar...

Surely if the tech was that revolutionary and that far reaching that empires are fighting over it...then our measly 1-5b buy out figure estimates seems ridiculously low.

Also seems misaligned with having to meet with IMEC for a 'strategic meeting' to determine 'what to do next'. If it were as described (China and West fighting for it), surely the next steps are obvious.

1. Take bids
2. Sell to the highest bid
3. If blocked by west, then sell to highest western bid

No one is fighting over this tech. Maybe they will at some point...but certainly doesn't seem that way while we flounder at 14c. More development and showcasing to come is my bet to try turn this into a product that fills a more defined need.
