I guess one (the company) would throw a wet blanket on an early sale if the prospects of a sale competition (Auction) seems unlikely at this stage. The first offer (price) is usually not the last, particularly if there are two or more bidders at auctions. We need two or more parties to get excited at the prospects of acquiring this ground breaking high value technology, if it is perceived that way.
